Once again, reverse racism is coming into play.
Earlier this week, a Harvard professor, attempting to open a stuck front door, with his driver, was confronted by police.
However, this event escalated into an arrest and cries of racism from the black professor and all those (including the fool Sharpton who instantly associates himself with any form of perceived persecution of black folks he can find) who jump on the bandwagon, including the idiot too many voted for to lead this country.
As reported, the story goes that a neighbor called police because two black men (description to help in case they left before law enforcement arrived) were attempting entry into a neighbor’s house. Police typically do not know who residents are of most homes they visit.
The neighbor calling police obviously did not recognize the people as those who live there.
Does anyone believe crooks are not smart enough to claim they live someplace if caught!?
When an officer arrives in response to this call, he did indeed find two black men (as described by the person who reported it) attempting to enter property. He did what he should, when told one lived there, he asked for identification. This is to prove the claim, not to harass the citizen. Yet this “professor” initially refused to provide his ID. What choice did an officer have at this point?
A neighbor called not recognizing these people, he finds someone “breaking in” who refuses to identify himself and prove his claim of residency. I am certain the black professor than began spewing racial statements because a white officer dares to question him.
Now, let’s look at the same scenario with a twist. Two black men who DID NOT live there were reported to police who show up. When asked for ID, they refuse but the officer believes them strictly on their word and leaves them to enter the property. After the officer has left, they proceed to ransack the place, stealing everything of value and either leaving a mess or destroying the home entirely before heading out.
It could just as easily have gone that way if the officer took the word of a person standing on a doorstep attempting unusual entry into the house.
How it should have gone.
The officer arrives, explains the police were called by a neighbor because two suspicious men were seen breaking into the home. The two men, understanding that they have been gone for a bit, provide proof that one is indeed a lawful resident of the property and explains they have recently returned from a trip to find the front door stuck.
Once the officer confirms the identity, he may provide assistance to the resident to get into the property and inform the professor his neighbors were watching out for his property.
That is how it SHOULD have gone. Yet, it is almost certain that a black man began to feel persecuted because he is standing outside his home and an officer will not take him at his word that he lives there.
Then this foolish professor believes he is owed an apology because after he engaged his mouth instead of exercising restraint a college professor should possess, the officer felt he had no other option but to arrest the now disorderly individual.
Charges were subsequently dismissed, but the professor is demanding his apology. An apology is due, and the professor should muster up the courage to apologize for acting the horse’s ass to the officer. HIS actions escalated this entire affair above a simple case of misunderstanding when he was on his doorstep.
As for Obama, he should not have commented as he did. He only knows certain facts and does not know for certain what truly transpired. His eloquent speaking mannerism abandoned him when he made his statement after a press conference (in prime time) whereby he stated that police acted stupidly.
He is now tearing down the law enforcement in a large community without ensuring that some or most of the fault rests with the black man!
Our nation is slipping deeper into the garbage pit and reverse racism will continue to grow unchecked with events like this being blown out of proportion and those in the right unjustly being accused solely because the person in the wrong was black and law enforcement was white.
ENOUGH! Stop concentrating on the color of skin and look at the events. If it was reversed, black officer and white man on the porch with the same attitude, an arrest most likely would have occurred.
NOT EVERYTHING is race. In most cases, it is someone in the wrong, when caught, attempts to use sleight of hand tricks to remove attention from their wrong-doing with something else.
The professor was IN THE WRONG! Maybe if the professor had informed his neighbors he was back, they wouldn’t have called the police. Maybe if he had been polite and showed ID when requested, this would have been resolved easily.
In the end, the blame for this incident rests SOLELY WITH THE FOOLISH PROFESSOR who decided to make it a black and white issue.
It seems that if a law enforcement officer asks a citizen to comply with a request, that is to be expected and the citizen MUST comply. One would think a Harvard Law Professor would know and understand this. What is he teaching the students who pass through his class? That he was a persecuted black man or that he made a mistake and should have complied when requested?
What would have made this the fault of the officer? If he just stopped by, uncalled by neighbors, and began harassing the man on the porch. If after examining a promptly provided identification he continued to harass this citizen, THAT would have made this the officer’s fault.
Based on reports to date, this is not the case.
Too many aspire to be like Martin Luther King, but they forget his teachings. The content of one’s character goes both ways. In this case, one character acted inappropriately and instead of letting it die or apologizing, it is snowballing down a slippery slope on a collision course with mankind instead of being allowed to die quietly, as it should have.
One can only hope that Harvard takes notice and determines whether this type of individual is fit to continue to teach young minds of this nation and what exactly is being taught here.

With the August deadline for approval through the House and Senate looming in the not-so-distant future, it is time to try to determine what exactly, is being reformed.
Talk fills the newscasts about politicians against the bills because of the funding issues.
Obama is attempting to force a passage at warp speed for this project, much like he did with his stimulus plan (and we see how well that one is working so far.)
What are the problems with America’s health care system?
The number one issue is most likely the fact that an American, stricken suddenly with a catastrophic illness/injury will most likely need to file bankruptcy because of out-of-control costs (until the industry blocked the ability to file bankruptcy against medical bills.)
Look at a hospital bill, a detailed bill. Why are charges of up to $7 or more for a single aspirin allowed? You can buy a bottle of 100 for that at a local big box mart! You pay thousands for your doctor and may only see this person for five minutes every few days!
Each service tacks on additional fees, anesthesia (if used) bandages, etc. The bill quickly balloons to something well beyond the affordability of most.
To combat this, Americans purchase (or have provided through their employer) health care coverage. Detailed forms about your current health, denial of coverage for certain illnesses/injuries (usually a year) to ensure you do not lie about pre-existing conditions.
Then, when something arises, your insurance company denies payment resulting in the first scenario of bankruptcy/financial ruin.
Health care is nationally operated by many countries in Europe. It is funded by ALL of the citizens, not just those making the most money.
We should study those implemented and working the best overseas and see if they can be modified and enacted in some form here.
Instead, the biggest fight and largest stumbling block for passage of this through the House and Senate appears to be FUNDING! They do not want the taxes on those making higher wages to fund this, and rightly so. EVERYONE should benefit from it and EVERYONE should help pay for it.
However, nothing is being covered regarding what exactly is being funded.
Instead, there is talk of penalties to employers and citizens who do not get health care coverage. Now most of those who will not will be unable to afford it will be penalized monetary fees/fines. Unemployed citizens cannot afford to pay premiums for coverage if they have minimal income (in the form of unemployment benefits). This should not even be allowed into any final bill!
Health care reform should be the monitoring and regulation of fees and charges for medical care. The government uses CHAMPUS or TRICARE for military members and dependents. These people receive coverage at medical facilities at predetermined prices based on the treatment.
For example, a patient with a simple broken arm arrives for treatment. This may include an x-ray or two, setting the bone (not a compound fracture for this example), and the encasing the arm in a cast. Pain medication may also be prescribed.
A doctor or hospital that has agreed to accept TRICARE patients will be paid for this based on a predetermined arrangement. The patient will only pay any co-pay (if applicable). There will be no detailed bill with charges for x-rays, etc. Broken arm (non-compound fracture) will be $500 (fictitious amount). Not $250 for an x-ray, $450 doctor consultation, $300 cast, $55 cast room fee, etc.
The patient will receive a bill but they do not pay it. TRICARE does and they receive notification of the paid bill (after a predetermined cap has been reached for the year).
Insurance companies charge high premiums to cover people, then, in an attempt to save money, they deny life-saving treatments, or even treatments that may make the quality of life better for the insured customer.
THIS is where reform is needed most. Someone should not end in financial ruin simply because of a car accident (that most likely was not their fault) and the outrageous bill that results from treatment!
A system whereby everyone pays a percentage of their income (like taxes) is far better. Can you imagine? No filling out form after form to get treatment at a hospital! EVERYONE is covered, so the forms are minimal. Just to verify you are who you claim and get mailing address information.
Our government needs to concentrate on GETTING IT RIGHT, not getting “something” approved fast. The extra time would be well-spent.
Keep the lobbyists outside!
It is understood that doctors undertake huge educational expenses to learn their trade. The government can help offset these expenses in order to reduce health care costs to patients.
If a health care “reform” plan is pushed through following a ridiculous timetable, we will end up with expensive garbage. Care needs to be taken to ensure proper oversight (to prevent cheating), ensure all avenues of coverage are addressed, and ensure proper implementation.
A fast plan will not be the best plan.
Health care reform is needed, and even though fast would be good, it would be best to ensure it is right, even if it takes longer.

There is a site on Facebook, they have a growing membership, and their page begins:
“Does the thought of hero worshipping our armed forces make you want to vomit your spleen out?
Are you fed up of being told that soldiers deserve constant gushing praise?”
This site believes that they are for the common people who think there is too much praise and “hero worship” heaped on our armed forces.
Freedom of Speech is one of the freedoms our Soliders, Sailors, Marines , Coast Guardsmen, and Airmen defend. These folks believe they have the right to degrade our service men and women. How many of the members have served? Of those that have been in uniform, how many were honorably discharged?
See, typically, sites such as this are started by either someone who has never served or by someone kicked out of the service under conditions not considered honorable.
What makes a hero?
Is it a firefighter, willingly running into burning buildings to save people?
Or is it a police officer who faces criminals willing to kill anyone who gets in the way of them in the commission of their crimes?
There are some who believe the overpaid sports figures are heroes.
Personal beliefs aside, each individual can choose their own heroes, however, in doing so, they should not be downgrading those others may select as their own. Of those listed, all are heroes to be honored, all but the sports figures, their often seven to ten digit salaries are their reward for doing their job.
Our Armed Forces today is strictly voluntary. This is not a slur against those drafted this is just to address the website with today’s military. The author has nothing but the utmost respect for all past and present veterans, regardless of their reason for joining.
Not many understand the hardships experienced by the military. This is not just the sleeping-in-desert-heat that most would find too stifling type of hardship.
A newly graduated recruit lives at the poverty level. Their wages many times not enough to survive on, particularly if they have a spouse and maybe a child. Often times they have to seek government aid in the form of food stamps, WIC, and other programs to help them.
In return, what does this new recruit get? They get long hours, being at the low end of the chain of command (actually, they are at the bottom) they also get all the jobs nobody senior to them wishes to perform. Cleaning toilets (there are toilets at every command to clean), floors, galley duty, and any other number of things.
Training, their days are filled with learning their new duties, standing watches, and deploying if their command is one that deploys.
Add on top of that daily or weekly Physical Readiness Testing/Training. Many commands today place as much emphasis on running a mile and a half as well as proficiency in their job.
Our military members do not sit around, on a lark, discussing what country they wish to invade. They don’t throw darts at a map to select this country.
Plain and simple, America’s military members FOLLOW ORDERS. The decision to invade does not come from the Soldier cleaning the toilets, or even those more senior at that command. They come from one place, the Oval Office and must have permission of Congress to do so.
It seems some misguided individuals have forgotten what happens when a terrorist entity sets their sights on a country. The United States has been in the sights of al Qaeda for decades, as a result, we have had bombings at the World Trade Center, TWICE! The second and final time caused the collapses and the deaths of so many as a result.
Our troops are overseas in a desperate attempt to keep the terrorists from reaching American soil again; attempting to stop them there before they make it here.
Anyone who believes this country is safe is living in a fantasy world. Even today the news is filled with stories of terrorist attacks around the world. These are a people who have been brainwashed into believing there is honor in killing yourself as long as you take the “enemy” with you.
They have no country, no diplomatic resources available for negotiations. If captured by these terrorist organizations, the captured individual is not entitled to Geneva Convention Regulation treatment.
In many cases, the captors eventually kill their prisoner. Beheading, particularly publicly, is the favored method, in many cases. Military members have had their lives ended in such fashion and then had their body drug through the streets.
Each and every person serving in the military has the potential to be sent to Iraq or Afghanistan, two of our “fronts” at this point in time.
In return for their volunteering, they know they may be blown up by explosive devices, shot by snipers, or captured and beheaded for their attempts in keeping Americans free.
What is this Freedom spoke so often about? Freedom in the knowledge that someone is doing something to help ensure our country is safe; safe from those who wish nothing but harmful intent on our citizens.
The Freedom that citizens can go into high rises without constant fears of airplanes and hijackers from al Qaeda trying to collapse another structure, taking many more American lives.
The Freedom that our military is doing everything in their power, even risking their own lives so that American blood is not shed on American soil again by terrorist acts.
These same individuals endure hardships beyond imagination in this endeavor. Sleeping in hot deserts, while those enjoying their freedoms languish in air conditioning comfort.
Separations from loved ones and home; missing birthdays, graduations, and funerals. None of these days, weeks, or months can be recovered. Once past, these days and events are lost forever. The first tooth, first word, getting a driver’s license, all gone. Their children grow without them seeing it or being there to guide them along the way for that period.
Christmas and Thanksgiving, thousands of miles apart from their families and friends.
Then there is the realistic side. These same people, even with all they have endured so far, have more to endure. Watching their friends die before their eyes, usually in the most nightmarish and grotesque ways. These death scenes replaying in their dreams nightly.
If they are injured, not the severe injuries that immediately end their military career, but the injuries that leave a lingering symptom or problem; a limp, hearing loss, PTSD, mental, and other health issues; they are guaranteed they will have to fight the bureaucracy to receive benefits they are entitled to!
Now, how do these Service Members compare as heroes to overpaid sports figures?
Hands down, Military members are more heroic in their selfless devotion to a country. A country where those who live in the freedoms provided by these military members, in turn express their gratitude by starting or joining a website such as the one this article is about.
While Freedom of Speech should be fully supported, it is inappropriate that this slur remains on a site, hosted in Palo Alto, CA of this great country.
If you are not favorable of service members or this war (and it is possible to support the people without waving flags in support of the war), you are always free to try another country. It is guaranteed you will not find the same rights and freedoms in most other countries in this world.
Instead of starting and/or supporting sights that look at our military in less than favorable ways, why not just worship your heroes and leave those of others alone?

Minnesota’s Supreme Court ruled yesterday (30 Jun 09) that Al Franken should be the U.S. Minnesota Senator instead of Norm Coleman, the incumbent.
This election was filled with:
voter fraud - it was reported that some counties had more votes than registered voters.
Inconsistencies - some counties followed different guidelines when accepting or denying absentee ballots. What was acceptable in one county may not be in another.
Lost votes - it was reported ballot boxes were “found” in a car trunk.
Now, Iran had an election and some of these same circumstances appear to be similar. Many are calling for a re-election there. In Minnesota, you can use the courts to ignore the discrepancies and get awarded a Senate seat.
Highly recommend reading “100 People Who Are Screwing Up American (and Al Franken is #37).” That is the actual title of the book. Read about Franken. His interview reveals an arrogant asshole who has no business sitting in the Senate of this country!
Only in America!

Obama wants to “Fix” the health care system. His “fix” is to steal money from programs supporting senior citizens to pay for a program that will only cover a small portion of the population. In addition, I have issues with “monetary penalties” for those who do not get coverage.
The majority of those who do not have coverage don’t have it because they cannot afford it. Putting additional financial hardship on these individuals in penalties is not the answer.
Instead of pushing this “fix” through, efforts should be spent on correcting problems within the current system such as denying benefits to keep costs down using B.S. responses to those needing health care.
Health care costs have gotten extremely high without a corresponding need for the exorbant fees charged. Aspirins can be purchased in bottles of a hundred for under $10, but ONE aspirin can cost that alone (or more) in a hopsital stay. WHY?
It is understood that doctors undertake huge education expenses to become doctos, maybe part of the solution is to provide aid to reduce these costs. Then doctors can lower their bills to patients.
Until health care costs are reduced, insurance costs will continue to climb above the reaches of many poverty level and mid-range wage earners.
Obama needs to stop pushing his plans through without giving the opportunity for alternate, possibly better, ideas to surface.
He didn’t get my vote in 2008 and he most certainly will not get it in 2012!

Yesterday saw a blow to the Entertainment world.
Farrah Fawcett lost her battle with anal cancer yesterday morning (PST). A few hours later, Michael Jackson suffered “cardiac arrest” resulting in his death at 50.
Both of these entertainers deserve memroiam, however, the news and network media are focusing on one of the two solely with minor mentions to the passing of the other.
One day, the media will treat all equally.

BRITAIN’S GOT TALENT
It was reported on GMA that Simon Cowell apologized to Susan Boyle stating “she made liars out of the entire judge panel” or words to that effect. In actuality that is a false statement. SHE didn’t do anything, THEY DID IT TO THEMSELVES by believing that if you appear before them on the stage and you are not a perfect “10″ you cannot possibly have any talent. Their actions were reprehensible and it is a shame to see they haven’t learned from their mistakes as they did it again with the father/son dance duo.
Here’s some news for you guys: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE NASTY TO BE A JUDGE. Hopefully the people who tune in aren’t watching just to see the nastiness. I hope she wins the competition this coming week and shows them all. Kind of reminiscent of “America’s Got Talent” a year or two ago when the judges reacted similarly to a little known ventriloquist named Terry Fator. He went on to win, rightfully so, and has shown that everyone who is involved in those shows should keep an open mind until AFTER they see the performance.
BOY GOES TO COURT ORDERED CHEMO
NEW ULM, MN - the teenage boy who had refused to have another round of chemo and beat feet with his mother last week returned home Monday (25 May). He has since been reevaluated by the doctors and has had another round of chemo. It is a shame in this country when someone cannot decide for themselves what treatment they will or will not take. It was stated in local news that if he refused treatment, they would strap him to the table and he would have it. It was also commented that if the treatments did not help, even though his last days would have been miserable, “it was for his own good.” Go figure.
In the name of New Ulm, I highly recommend watching the movie “NEW IN TOWN” with Renee Zellweger and Harry Connick Jr. It supposedly takes place in New Ulm (but was filmed entirely in Canada) and it is FUNNY!
BELMONT STAKES
The Belmont Stakes is a week away. While there will be no Triple Crown winner this year (Mine That Bird won the Kentucky Derby and Rachel Alexandra won the Preakness) there appears to be a chance for a jockey to win the Triple Crown. The same jockey rode both of the above named horses to their victories. Rachel Alexandra is reported to not be running in the Belmont Stakes (I fully support this decision on the part of the owners) so the jockey who would have ridden her (and who rode Mine That Bird to the Derby win) will ride him again in the Belmont.
In both races the horse came from last to win (Derby) or Place (Preakness). Imagine what this horse could do if they let him run from the front! IF his original Derby jockey rides him and wins, that would make the jockey a Triple Crown winner. Something that has not been done before. Can Mine That Bird win? There is the “IF” factor. IF he can get through the pack (assuming they do the last to first run), IF nothing goes wrong, and IF it is meant to be.
NORTH KOREA
The moment Joe Biden forecast is here; Obama has repeatedly been tested by North Korea as they continue testing rockets with only “strong words of dissatisfaction” coming from the U.N. and the U.S. Oooh, doesn’t that scare them? This is the reason Democrats suck in office.
We had a democrat when the Cole was attacked and NOTHING was done.
We have a democrat now and NOTHING IS being done to SHOW how displeased the world is with North Korea.
Face facts folks, SOON North Korea WILL have nuclear capabilities AND one day they will either use them offensively OR they will lose control of them and someone else will have their weapons to use.

I am conducting a detailed analysis of the stimulus signed by our stupid administration earlier this week into law. I can say stupid based on what I have seen so far.
My results will be posted here within the next week or so as I try to determine what, if anything it is set to do for the economy, and how much of this wasteful spending bill is to stimulate the economy.
However, food for thought. The bill, H.R. 1 has the following taken directly from the document itself:
SEC. 3. PURPOSES AND PRINCIPLES.
(a) STATEMENT OF PURPOSES.—The purposes of this Act include the following:
(1) To preserve and create jobs and promote economic recovery.
(2) To assist those most impacted by the recession.
(3) To provide investments needed to increase economic efficiency by spurring technological advances in science and health.
(4) To invest in transportation, environmental protection, and other infrastructure that will provide long-term economic benefits.
(5) To stabilize State and local government budgets, in order to minimize and avoid reductions in essential services and counterproductive state and local tax increases.
I intend to see if this is truly enacted to help the economy or if it has other purposes (such as packing the pork barrel funding in so the new administration can curry favor with House and Senate members) or something more sinister like trying to bankrupt this country in preparation for our demise.
All information will be available to help individuals see the facts, nothing will be assumed, nothing will be judged. It will be taking the five “purposes” as stated above and determine how this gross amount of money pledged will help attain these purposes.
Stay tuned.

The following link:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/feb/18/new-york-post-cartoon-race
For those who may not have heard, earlier this week, a woman who had a chimpanzee (200 lbs) for 14 years had to call 911 when he viciously attacked her friend (it is believed her significantly different hairstyle provoked the attack) causing life threatening injuries and maiming her.
Sharpton, the idiot who uses any excuse to turn everything into a racial slur against blacks, spoke out claiming it was a major dis against black folks in comparing them to monkeys.
Myself, I do not believe that was the intention of the cartoon. I believe the idiots in the democratic congress wrote the pitiful stimulous plan to appease someone who hasn’t even realized HE IS IN OFFICE and stop Lobbying and stop campaigning!
Our economy is in the toilet and Obama is still enjoying the novelty of flying on Air Force One by crusing to Arizona (to announce a mortgage plan), Denver - to sign another outrageously high “stimulus” plan that most likely will not work, Elkhart - to lobby for his causes, Peoria also to lobby for his causes, and a weekend in Chicago for “vacation” less than a month in office.
I would like to believe this cartoon is more about the “monkeys” we have in congress and their stimulus plan that will drive this country into a crater and not about the poor choice too many made on their ballots last November.
Face it, all Obama has done since poorly taking the oath is SPEND! It began last year with the outgoing administration’s passing of $750 billion plus, top it with how many billions for the auto industry (why do you give money to a failing industry?) , $785 billion more this week, and now $75 billion for the mortgage industry.
Seems to me that throwing money at the problem is not doing anything but putting this country deeper in debt than the Grand Canyon.
If more time was spent figuring out what led to this collapse and figuring out:
1. How to stop it from happening again
2. How to recover from it without throwing future generations into deep debt
Then enact what legislation may arise from it to assist in attaining the goal.
Throwing money “may” work for a bit, but it will not prevent this problem from happening again and again.
In order for this to have been considered a racial slur, maybe if a monkey hadn’t been shot while going on a rampage it may be construed as racial, but a monkey was shot after maiming a woman so sharpton (intentionally small “s” at the beginning and blatant omission of his so-called title of “reverend” because preachers shouldn’t be instilling crap as he does) is trying his best to stir the racial pot again to get him back in the public eye. STOP GIVING HIM CAMERA TIME FOR STUPID SHIT!

Keep an open mind as you read this, especially if you supported the person ultimately sworn into the highest office of this country.
If you have some years to you (higher than your 20) think hard back through the years. When was the last time ALL THREE major networks supported the same person for an office in this country? This is not the “we support this guy” but this is whole-hearted throwing-caution-to-the-wind where any story they report may contain a disclaimer if it features his name in what may be construed as possibly a poor light.
For example, when the story broke of the now dethroned Governor possibly selling the Senate seat vacated by him. How many noticed that every news anchor ensured they gave what amounted to a parental warning? “He has not been implicated in any wrong-doing and is not a part of this?”
In some instances, it appeared that more time was spent wordsmithing the disclaimer than the story!
Is it possible that supporters for Obama hold high offices? Who controls ALL of the MAJOR MEDIAS? This puppetmaster is directly responsible for the current administration.
The phrase, “CHANGE” was uttered, yelled, spoken, whispered, and repeated during the entire campaign season. What change has been made?
A majority of the cabinet members seem to share a title; “former Clinton Administration.” Where is CHANGE?
Obama touts an end to lobbying. Made a big deal of it. Then “waivers” are granted to lobbyists for his administration.
What do you someone who holds a gathering (call it a tea, party, or whatever) and the purpose is to push a certain plan? What do you call someone who travels around the country speaking to groups of people, claiming that this plan WILL be what is best?
I call it lobbying, who is doing it? Obama. He held a “tea” in the White House for Republicans as he “lobbied” them to get their votes.
The only thing changed in this administration is the name on the stationary and the door.
One day, the puppetmaster pulling the strings controlling the media news outlets will demand payment for assisting, when that day comes, the Americans will learn the truth behind this past election and the media’s blatant attacks against Hilary Clinton and Sarah Palin.
For example, Sarah Palin was grilled by news personnel to determine her fitness for the office of President, yet the Democratic candidate had NO experience. Forgive me if I do not count two years in the Senate, most of the time voting “here” instead of taking on the issues and truly doing something. The people of Illinois have been cheated by having a mindless worm in their Senate representing them and now he has moved on to the country.
Obama’s own words in April of 2007 should have caused a media outcry. He admitted to traveling to Pakistan in the early 1980s. IT WAS ILLEGAL for U.S. citizens to go there at that time. He spent THREE WEEKS inside Pakistan (a Muslim country) and managed to safely return. Why did nobody ask what country’s passport was used by this person to make this journey?
An Indonesian Passport would have been acceptable in that time. Why is it ignored to ask what passport he had? Did he have a U.S. Passport in the early 1980s? If not, he is not eligible to be in the office he took! This has been IGNORED by all aspects of the media.
With this glaring oversight, intentional or ordered, how can the media be trusted to report the TRUTH and the whole TRUTH? They can’t.
Since entering office, Obama has concentrated on lobbying for his stiumulus plan. However, throwing money at a problem does not necessarily mean it will help.
Last September/October the congress rushed to pass a “bailout” which did two things, it gave large sums of money to banks in this country - they had a good Christmas and it left the American public in debt to the tune of hundreds of TRILLIONS of dollars.
Now, half of that money has been spent. Banks cannot or will not say how that money was used, but it was NOT used to the benefit of the general public. Yet the general public footed the bill. Oh it has been stated they will “repay it” but in the meantime….
Now consider the current hugh spending bill approved today. Throwing money at a problem may help for a short time, BUT until the cause of this economic disaster has been fully determined AND steps taken to ensure it cannot happen again, everything happening now is just wheel spinning. This huge spending bill that will at least double Americans’ debt will do nothing, in the long run, to recover and prevent future failures of this magnitude.
Seems the only concern is signing a very high dollar bill ON President’s Day. No concern is given to protecting the investment, to trying to limit the amount needed as much as possible to keep American debt down. Nothing. Spend money, lots of it and NOW.
In addition, anyone notice the arrogance in office? His comment earlier this week that “two years ago people underestimated him yet he is preparing for a flight aboard Air Force One” just screams arrogance. That along with other comments such as “I am a lefty, better get used to it.”
His lobbying efforts paid off and now he is poised to sign another large spending bill, I don’t believe it will be sufficient to “stimulate” the economy. It will just be a huge debt that will benefit a few.

Once more, the media ignores the blatant flaunting of the disregard Obama’s campaign has for the rules regarding the election process.
Last week, the Washington Post reported that his campaign was accepting donations from anonymous prepaid debit cards. These are untraceable as to who the actual donor is. In addition, the maximum amount that can be contributed to a candidate is $2300 (or so), yet one donor was listed as contributing 174,000 AND when contacted, the lady had not given a dime! Someone was using her name and donating.
Obama’s campaign’s response: we are following the regulations of the SEC and will return those funds that fail to meet the donation requirements. Right. After spending record millions to get a 30 minute time slot last Thursday on two networks (congrats to ABC for resisting) as well as a few additional networks soObama can trot out some hardluck cases and say how his policies will help them.
HELLLOOOOO
A President can do nothing by himself. He MUST suggest to Congress, and once you can hoist them up off their ho-hom backsides to do something of value (besides voting PRESENT) it will be too late.
If Democrats end up in control of the White House AND Congress, we will definitely be hurting. Remember, all who worship Clinton, if memory serves, he had a Republican Congress?
In addition, today it hit the wires that Obama’s Aunt (from his father’s side) has been living in Boston - in public housing - since 2004 when her request for asylum was denied by the immigration court. Yet she is still here and living in public housing.
He mentions her in one of his books.
How much more does this guy have to do before people start to open their eyes to his lies? He is not for “change” he is for putting his but in the chair in the Oval Office, regardless of what it will take.
The only good news is that in a few more days, our TVs will be returned to the regular commercial broadcasts, we will get to see the diarrhea ads during meals, the constipation and hemorroid ads once again and the mud slinging will be put aside for two years.
The Governor of California put it best last week. “John McCain spent more time in a P.O.W. camp than Obama has spent in Congress.”
So true. Yet his lemmings will try to put him in office. Will they regret their decision in the future? We hope not.

Try this:
This link:
http://snarkybytes.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/06/hawaii-birth-certificate-1963.jpg
Is a true scanned copy of a Hawaiian birth certificate (with personal info blackened out).
This link is from Obama’s website:
http://fightthesmears.com/articles/5/birthcertificate
Go to each link. Right click on the image and download each to your computer.
Use an image program and zoom in on the document to the pixel level.
While the background is slightly different between the two, in the original certicate, the green background can be seen THROUGH the letters and there isn’t pixelized distortions around each section of text. There are some stray pixels, but they are attributable to spots on the document, not added through computer later.
DEMAND HE SUPPLY his birth certificate BEFORE THE ELECTION or we may be handing our country over to someone not eligible under our constitution to take office!

This does not mean Obama is or is not a citizen, it means the court found that Berg did not have the right to sue because the harm or injury was too vague.
The following is quoted from America’s Right Blog:
“The order and memorandum came down at approximately 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Philip Berg’s lawsuit challenging Illinois Sen. Barack Obama’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president of the United States had been dismissed by the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick on grounds that the Philadelphia attorney and former Deputy Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania lacked standing.
Berg, nonetheless, is disappointed by Surrick’s decision and will issue a press release today detailing his plans to appeal to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and then to the United States Supreme Court.”

As the campaign season finally draws to a close, we are left with the “morning after” effects.
Ads bombard you constantly from local television stations. To escape the mud-slinging you have to turn to TV Land or other channels that typically don’t carry the bull.
On one hand, we have a candidate that has the personality of a wet mop. He tries, his efforts and plans are honorable, but he seems unable to meet his opponent on fair grounds.
His opponent has recently “suspended” his campaign for a day to visit his “gravely ill” grandmother. However, I find this suspicious because his grandmother was reportedly released from the hospital not so long ago (probably from broken hip) and gravely ill patients are not typically sent home. In addition, just this morning on GMA, he stated “he would visit his grandmother then see what chores needed doing around the house.” If she is ill and he stated she may not live to see the election results, why would she care about undone chores at the house?
Reform is desperately needed in the campaign process. Either regulations on the number of campaign ads ran during a set period of time (i.e. no more than one ad per candidate - regardless of who sponsored it - RNC, DNC, people for him, people for her, or the candidate themselves - hour). I realize this will cut into the revenue earned by networks, but let’s look at them.
We have:
ABC - American Barack Campaign
NBC - National Barack Campaign
CBS - Campaigning for Barack Station
This morning, ABC on GMA - there is talk of releasing the Republican’s vp candidate’s health records. However, they briefly mentioned that the Presidential candidate running with her has released his entire record, “over 1,000 pages” while Democratic candidates have released VP- only through 1988 nothing regarding test results of anuerisms he is prone to based on past history and the main candidate from that party WROTE a ONE-PAGE letter stating he was in excellent health, YET they are giving the Republican candidate grief because she hasn’t released hers!
Why are there double standards between the party coverage and questions? Simple, see the definitions of the station networks again.
In simple terms, the Republican can do no right and the Democrat can do no wrong.
Restricting how much money per month, week, day, can be spent can go a long way to ease this drivel from constituents’ eyes. They run for office and we suffer for it.
I believe we should limit the amount of campaigning, in addition, if we restrict the quantity of ads they can run, maybe they will stop mud-slinging and use their time wisely to address issues and not what they believe their candidate will do or has done while in office. Most times, their interpretations are skewed for a more favorable spin to the one paying for the ad even if untruths are stated.
The good is the end is near.
The bad is we are left without a legal answer to our candidate’s legal citizenship on the Democratic side. The ugly is the extended length of time this campaign has been going on, the lies from both sides, and the one-sided manner in which the media has been covering it. Whenever they are called on it, they ignore the talks and continue to bang their drums for their candidate.
We will have an answer, a new person picked to take office, is it going to be someone we want there? What will the next four years hold for this country and can we survive it?

Will Obama be forced to respond to the charges:
1. He posted a forged birth certificate on his website and declared it true?
2. He travelled outside the U.S.A. to Pakistan in 1981 when travel to that country was prohibited to U.S. Citizens?
3. He became an Indonesian citizen?
Will he be forced to provide proof of:
1. Hawaiian Birth?
2. Passport issued by the United States BEFORE his trip to Pakistan?
3. His college applications where it is stated he claimed citizenship of another country?
4. Proof of taking an Oath of Allegiance if all of the above cannot be proven?
Tune in.
It is rumored an answer may come before the weekend. To find out first, visit

I took it upon myself to try to verify this certificate. I have limited resources. Here is what I did.
I scanned multiple documents with intricate certificate-style backgrounds. The documents I scanned were an original car title, my original duplicate birth certificate issued by the state I was born in, a Microsoft certificate of authentication, and my passport.
all have intricate backgrounds. I then resized each scan to ensure the resolution (200 dpi) and size matched the image posted on Obama’s site the best I could. 585 x 575
I then copied a portion of each document into a new document.
Do not believe me. Click on the image above. A larger image should open on your computer. SAVE this image to your computer. It does not cause any harm to it.
In your favorite image editor/viewer, Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, etc, ZZOOOOOOMMMMM in on the image. Carefully examine each snippet. Note the distortion around the text in Obama’s document. Note the background does not show through the lettering in his as it does in EACH of those I scanned. Make your own decisions.
If you are still doubtful, go to Obama’s site (fightthesmears.com) and search for birth certificate. Download it to your computer and zoom in on it yourself. You will see the exact same thing shown here.
IT IS FAKE or has been tampered. Tampering, as stated on the bottom of the document posted invalidates it.
Why won’t Obama put this to rest and provide the documents to the court and resolve this?

Again last night on the last Presidential debate, Obama denounced anything to do with ACORN. However, it is another in a string of lies he has told the voting public.
http://wikileaks.org/wiki/Obama_and_ACORN
He continues to lie about his campagin, his past, and he still has blind citizens ready to allow him to take the most powerful office in the world….
Does anyone else have a problem with this?

For those who may not know, there have been many questions raised as to the legitimacy of Obama’s campaign for President. If the charges are upheld, he may not only lose the bid for election but could also be charged with fraud.
The charges - from the legal papers - have many interesting points.
For those not intimately familiar with the Constitution, I will begin there.
To be eligible for the office of President of the United States, you must meet the following:
Article II, Section I of the United States Constitution, states in particular part, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been Fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
So, it is pretty straightforward and just vague enough, right?
The charges in the case contend:
1. Obama was born in Kenya, not Honolulu. His birth was registered in Hawaii (which was already a state), but…
This is NOT from the legal papers, it is an observation I made. It states that Obama’s Mother and father married in February 1961. However, the live birth record states Obama’s mother’s maiden name. If they were married, would she not use her married name on his birth certificate?
Back to the legal papers.
2. No hospital in Hawaii has any record of birth of Obama in 1961. Wikipedia lists two different hospitals (one English version and the Italian version). However, Wikipedia is written by folks on the internet, so it should not be taken as gospel.
3. A U.S. President cannot have multiple citizenships with other countries. Obama has an Indonesian citizenship, including a passport which it has been stated he used as late as 1981 to travel abroad.
4. If he were born in Kenya, being he only had one parent who was a legal U.S. Citizen, he would have to take an oath at the age of 18 to regain his citizenship. However, this would make him a naturalized citizen. A naturalized citizen is ineligible for the office of President.
There are many further, interesting details to this case.
If you are curious, go to www.snopes.com and search for Obama. Find the link regarding his citizenship question. In Snopes’ response, they include a link to BERG (final paragraph of their writing) papers. These are the papers I have read.
Now, the only question is, will the Philadelphia court follow legal procedures, even if he may be the next President and render a verdict as per what the evidence proves?
IF it proves the allegations correct, WILL the judicial system continue and press the charges of fraud against the Obama campaign against all those who provided campaign funds? Or, will it be that the possible presidency will be steeped in controversy if Obama wins and takes office?
One final question. Further proof of the media’s bias towards the protection of “their candidate.”
With this pending lawsuit, why is it that the media has failed to report this significant event in the Presidential campaign?
Every little crumb of dirt on Hilary Clinton, John McCain, John Edwards, and others has been surfaced for the past 18 months. However, Obama’s dirt has been left relatively undisturbed. Minor things may surface as the media attempts to show they were not biased - and failed miserably - in my opinion.
Until these documents, I had never heard the Obama has used alternate names in his life.
I don’t know if the allegations are true. If they are proven, I hope the justice system swiftly corrects a grievous error and remove him from contention for the Office of President of the United States.

Did you tune in for the second Presidential Debate held in Tennessee on the 7th of October? The aftermath is another prime example of the media’s favoritism of Obama. National news Medias are proclaiming him as the “winner” of the debate.
However, having listened to the debate and obtaining a written transcript, I believe the media is again trying to paint Obama in an optimal light while selectively using McCain’s words out of context.
QUESTION 1
With the economy on the downturn and retired and older citizens and workers losing their incomes, what’s the fastest, most positive solution to bail these people out of the economic ruin?
Obama did not address this question in his response.
McCain’s response was to direct the buy up of bad mortgages and stabilize the home values in America. Stabilizing the economy, creating jobs, and fixing the economy is his response to this question. It may not be a full answer, but his attempt at a solution to a tough problem.
QUESTION 2
The powers of the treasury secretary have been greatly expanded. The most powerful officer in the cabinet now. Hank Paulson says he won’t stay on. Who do you have in mind to appoint to that very important post?
McCain responds with talk of Warren Buffet, Meg Whitman, but somebody who inspires trust and confidence.
Obama mentions Warren and “making sure the next secretary understands that it’s not just enough to help those at the top.”
QUESTION 3
And through this bailout package, I was wondering what it is that’s going to actually help those people out (most of the people the question provider knows).
McCain discussed the “rescue” plan with oversights and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac.
Obama mentions the frozen credit market and businesses unable to meet payroll may have to close up. Also mention of “working with homeowners so they can stay in their home.”
Neither candidate actually answered this question.
QUESTION 4
Discussion question from moderator, Tom Brokaw. Are you saying to the questioner and to the other members of the American television audience that the American economy is going to get much worse before it gets better and they ought to be prepared for that?
Obama expressed confidence in the American economy before sidetracking again to deregulations in the past, as well as touting his healthcare and energy plans.
McCain called for stabilizing the housing market by buying up the bad loans. He also talks about American workers being the best and given a chance, they can help.
QUESTION 5
How can we trust either of you with our money when both parties got – got us into this global economic crisis?
Obama talks of the surplus when Bush took office and then the deficit (neglecting to mention his YES vote for a bill that added another $850 billion to that deficit).
He further says he is going to spend money on key issues, healthcare, college affordability, and ending lobbyists and special interests.
McCain talks of reform, drilling offshore (this is based on reducing American dependency on foreign oil), and reducing money for oil sent overseas.
QUESTION 6
There are new economic realities out there that everyone in this hall and across this country understands that there are going to have to be some choices made. Health policies, energy policies, and entitlement reform, what are going to be your priorities in what order? Which of those will be your highest priority your first year in office and which will follow in sequence?
McCain (after getting Brokaw to summarize that the three are healthcare, energy, and entitlement reform: social security and Medicare.)
McCain believes all three can be worked at the same time.
Obama believes in prioritizing. Energy is number 1, including $15 billion a year over 10 years investment to free U.S. dependence on oil.
Healthcare is number 2.
And number 3 is education. Wait! Education wasn’t even on this list!!! Obama has tried, repeatedly during this debate alone to neglect the retirees and aging population of this country! They didn’t even make the top three of three in the question!!
QUESTION 7
Since World War II, we have never been asked to sacrifice anything to help our country, except the blood of our heroic men and women. As president, what sacrifices – sacrifices will you ask every American to make to help restore the American dream and to get out of the economic morass that we’re in now?
McCain – points out that some programs may need to be eliminated. Those that aren’t working as well as some that may be working but need to be cut for budgetary reasons.
Eliminate earmarks and some projects that may be good but again, budgetary reasons.
Cut spending in America, recommending a spending freeze except for defense, Veteran’s Affairs and other vital programs.
Some program growth may not be as much as would be expected.
Obama’s response was to weatherize our homes, buy a fuel efficient car (like we can afford it), and volunteer in the Peace Corps!
I will continue my dissection of the debate, but based on this, HOW CAN OBAMA BE DECLARED A WINNER!!!
He was wordy with his answers, as was McCain, but he continually kept trying to shove his plans and projects into the public eye, maybe trying to finally add some substance to his campaign, something it has lacked from the beginning.
McCain may not have had many popular answers, but they are what may need to happen.
Consider this; we are heading rapidly towards depression territory. In the late 1920s and early 1930s the President, recognizing a need to create jobs as well as provide electricity to the west coast came up with the Hoover Dam project.
McCain is speaking of building nuclear power plants. Arizona already has the Nation’s largest nuclear power plant in the Palo Verde Facility. As of 2005 it was capable of 3,825 MWe power output. There are 65 nuclear power plants in 31 states in this country today! Who knew?
Neither candidate addresses the antiquated power distribution system of this country. We can build solar, wind, and nuclear plants until the cows come home, but if the country’s power grid is incapable of handling the generated power, we are literally spinning our wheels.
Obama’s comments during the second debate show that retirees and the aging population have much to fear from his potential presidency.
In addition, consider this, what is the definition of “middle class?”
Obama has been using this term very loosely (as has McCain and all previous candidates this campaign season).
Obama stated that “if you make less than $250,000 annually, you will not have a tax increase.
So if you make less than $50,000, where does that put you? Middle class or lower class? What if you make less than $20,000 annually?
NOBODY seems to be looking at helping the lower class, yet much of this country is run on their backs. They do the work for low wages that keeps this country going.
From the teachers in small schools, to the waitress that serves your food and beverages in the restaurants, who is looking out for you?
Instead, everyone is concentrating on “all the money lost from retirement accounts.”
Consider this, unless a company folds, the stock will continue to exist, even if it is worth only a penny. Then consider this, if you sell when you are lower than you purchased the stock for, the loss is your fault.
One day, the market will recover. Hard to believe, but I bet those in the crash in 1929 wouldn’t have believed it either. Just about a year ago, our market reached a record high over 14,000 points. Today it has “adjusted” as it needed to and now the economy is dragging it lower, but it will recover.
If you can wait it out, wait. Your money will return when the economy settles down and the market rises again. It happened after 9-11 within two months, it make take two years, but give it time.
Find a transcript of the debate if you didn’t see it. You will see the facts for yourself. Do it before you vote the money you save may be your own.
